These Event Terms (Terms) govern your purchase of tickets for, and attendance at Offscript (Event) held by Stichting Web 3 Creatives (Organizer). These terms also govern any tickets purchased as part of our ‘Offscript & Team Offsite’ offering. It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to the purchase of your ticket(s). By purchasing tickets you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and will provide the most recent version through our website.
Throughout these Terms, the terms “we” and “us” refer to Stichting Web 3 Creatives and its associated entities, and “you” refers to the individual or business purchasing ticket(s) or attending the Event.
- Conditions of sale
- Tickets are offered for purchase with cryptocurrency (USDC) or fiat (through our online checkout or wire transfer)
- Ticket prices are subject to change, and we will use best endeavours to inform you if there is a change
- You may purchase your ticket through the “Web3 service” on our website, or through the ticket booking service of Moongate.
- Discounts may apply to NFT holders, following promotion or distribution activities, such as a POAP from an earlier edition or distribution through sponsors and partners. The organizers offer no guarantees that discounts will be applied, nor the amount of a discount that is granted when a discount is applied
- Your ticket(s) is confirmed when you’ve received a order confirmation email. This may take up to several hours
- Tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s)
- You will need to present us with your ticket upon check in at the event
- Event service
- The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as you join any of the services offered as part of the event. These are, not limited to, onboarding transportation arranged by the event organizers, to travel to the venue and entering premises of any by the organizers booked locations
- Refund and cancellation policy
- We put all our efforts to making the event possible and delivering an event to you as and on the dates advertised.
- If you are not able to access any particular activities or services (e.g. accommodation and transportation) of the event due to delays, federal regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.
- You are not entitled to a refund if:
- you did not enjoy the event;
- you are no longer able to attend the event; or
- you arrive late or are refused entry for any reason.
- The start and end date of the event is advertised on our website; When relevant by ticket type. Depending on your ticket type you can attend the event during the stated dates and times relevant to your ticket. Refunds for the event might apply if the following conditions are met:
- You cancel If you are unable to attend, need to cancel
- If you notify us in writing no later than 60 days ahead of the event start date, we will offer you a 100% refund on your ticket
- If you notify us in writing no later than 40 days, and less than 60 days ahead of the event, we will offer you a 40% refund on your ticket
- We CANNOT offer a refund for those who inform us less than 40 days ahead of the event.
- We cancel
- If, in accordance with local laws, such as public health laws, or a force majeure or
otherwise, we are unable to produce the event on the dates agreed, we will offer a 60% refund on your ticket
- If, for any other reason, we cancel all of the event we will offer a refund of 90%.
- Ticket transfer
- A ticket is transferrable to another person on the following conditions:
- a request is submitted in writing to [email protected], containing the replacement guest name, email address and business name (optional)
- the request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event
- we reserve the right to refuse entry if a replacement guest arrives at the event without the ticket being transferred via this procedure
- Indemnity
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stichting Web 3 Creatives, its board members, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your attendance at the Event, including but not limited to any property damage or personal injury, except to the extent that any such claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses are directly and solely attributable to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Stichting Web 3 Creatives.
- Event conduct
- You are expected to behave in a professional and appropriate manner at the Event. We reserve the right to refuse entry or require you to leave if your behaviour is deemed unacceptable
- We and other attendees film and photograph the event. You consent to being filmed or photographed by us. We may use material that includes you for promotional distribution.
- Liability for Property Damage
- You are responsible for any damage you cause to the property of the Organizer, the event venue, or any third parties during the Event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from such damage.
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with the requirement to have personal liability insurance that covers any potential damages you may cause during the Event.
